Invoice

Final invoice audits

Pursuant to Section 66 (1) InsO, an insolvency administrator must submit accounts to the creditors' meeting (so-called internal or insolvency law accounting). This duty also applies to the provisional insolvency administrator via section 21 (2) no. 1 InsO and to self-administered companies via section 281 (3) InsO. The insolvency court examines the final account pursuant to Section 66 (2) InsO.
Due to our many years of expertise in accounting under insolvency law, our technical equipment and the qualifications of our staff, we are able to audit even extensive accounts professionally and efficiently. This comprehensively relieves the courts in the performance of their duties.
