As an independent and neutral expert, Graf Treuhand GmbH also provides an objective assessment of the situation outside of reorganization and insolvency. Thanks to our many years of experience and professional competence at the interface between law and business administration, the interests of all parties involved are always brought into a proper balance. Often, time-consuming and costly litigation can be avoided. One example of this is embezzlement audits. We support management, shareholders and/or supervisory bodies in uncovering embezzlement and misappropriation (fraud analyses). This is done, among other things, by data analyses using special forensic software and by forensic interviews. We report to the client on the extent of the damage, the impact on the company and who is responsible for the actions.
